Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy to teens age 16+ and adults. During individual therapy, we will work together to address concerns that you have. We are all impacted by our experiences, relationships, and inner life. Individual therapy will help you to explore how these things come together to shape who you are.

Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) candidates and for professionals in the field looking for additional support. I can also support you in putting your LMHC application together. If you are interested in having small group supervision, we can arrange that as well.

-
In order to receive your LMHC, you must have at least 1 hour of supervision for every 16 hours of direct client contact. Many organizations only offer 1 hour of supervision each week.
-
I've supervised clinicians working in outpatient settings, group homes, and in-home therapy. I've also supervised teachers in school settings.

Parent Coaching
I work with parents who are looking for support, education, and practical tools tailored to each family's unique needs. I primarily work with parents of neurodivergent children.
-
Education on neurodivergence: Helping parents understand their child's diagnosis (e.g., autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences) and what it means in daily life.
-
Behavioral strategies: Teaching evidence-based techniques to manage challenging behaviors and encourage positive interactions.
-
Emotional support: Creating a nonjudgmental space where parents can process emotions, ask questions, and feel validated.
-
Communication tools: Offering strategies to support clearer, more effective communication between parents and their child.
-
Skill-building guidance: Helping parents foster independence, emotional regulation, and social skills in their child.
-
Collaborative problem-solving: Working together to troubleshoot specific challenges at home, school, or in the community.
-
Resource navigation: Guiding families to appropriate services, therapies, and community supports.
These sessions are collaborative and tailored, focusing on empowering parents to feel more confident and effective in supporting their neurodivergent child.

Gender Affirming Surgery Letters
As a mental health therapist committed to trans liberation and bodily autonomy, I offer letters of support for gender-affirming surgeries after a single session for those located in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
I approach every assessment with care, respect, and zero gatekeeping. You shouldn’t have to prove your identity to anyone. I offer respectful assessments and fast turnaround because your time, body, and autonomy matter. If you need a letter for top surgery, bottom surgery, or any other gender-affirming procedure, I’ve got you.

-
Letters provided within 1–2 weeks
-
WPATH-aligned, insurance-ready documentation
-
One-session assessments via telehealth
-
No unnecessary hoops, no judgment, no weird questions

You know who you are. I’m just here to put that in writing. My job is to support you—plain and simple. Bureaucracy is annoying enough without outdated systems making it harder.
